Mission Statement

We strive to serve all A&S users by providing their technical assistance needs in a timely and professional manner while educating the staff and faculty on methods to keep their computer and data safe and secure, and by providing computer lab users an organized and quality learning environment.

Arts & Sciences IT Services - Help Desk Line 513-556–2011 - Managing A&S computer labs, faculty and staff computer setup and troubleshooting in the user's office or remotely.

UCIT
University of Cincinnati IT - HelpDesk line 556-4357 (HELP) – Managing UC email accounts, UC computer labs, campus network/internet access, and UC wide applications.
