Our Mission

The College of Arts & Sciences is a diverse community of scholars, researchers, writers, teachers, and students working in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment. Our faculty and staff promote a liberal arts and sciences education guided by intellectual curiosity and infused with relevant research and community engagement. Our students, as critical thinkers, creative problem solvers, and ethical citizens, investigate complex issues and develop into decision makers, equipped to tackle the challenges of our ever-evolving world.

We connect research to all of our activities, whether in the classroom or in the community;
