The Major in German Studies requires 36 credit hrs, including:

  • Senior Topics in German Studies: GRMN 4001-4002

    • German-American Experience (GRMN 1041); Germany and its Culture and Society (GRMN 1081/82/83); Eurovision-the European Song Contest (GRMN 1086); German Folklore / Fairy Tales: (GRMN 2041); The European Vampire (GRMN 2043); Nazi(s in) Cinema (GRMN 1053/2053); Literature of the Holocaust (GRMN 2056); Berlin - Past and Present (GRMN 2062); Study Abroad - Berlin (GRMN 2063); Service Learning in German (GRMN 2090); Exploring Languages / Intercultural Competence (GRMN 1000); Intro to European Studies (EUST 1001), etc. 

The Minor in German Studies requires 21 credit hrs, including:

  • Second-Year German: GRMN 2001-2002 
  • German Studies Topics: GRMN 3001-3002 
  • Electives and other classes from the list above
