Alumni

You, our alumni - from the recent graduate just starting out on the first stages of a professional career, to the retiree looking back at a lifetime of achievement - are an essential part of the identity of UC's Department of English and Comparative Literature. You are also, in a real sense, our collective investment in the cultural and intellectual life of Cincinnati, the region, and the nation more generally. Yes, faculty research and writing are absolutely key to the success of an institution such as the University of Cincinnati, and we are justifiably proud of all we have done in this regard. But alumni touch many more lives, in many more ways, each and every day, than our publications ever can, and we are honored that you are out there representing us.

We hope this page can serve your interests by keeping you informed of alumni news and events.  Feel free to visit the Department's Facebook site as well.
