Degree Options
The Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts degree (LART) and the Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree (INTR) both put you in control of your major – just in different ways. As a LART major, you’ll choose three (3) UC minors or certificates with at least one from Arts and Sciences as the core of your major. As an INTR major, instead of traditional minors or certificates get to build two to three theme clusters: areas that reflect your interests and suit your goals. Both degrees to be flexible and completable. Both degrees are designed to match your personal academic and career goals. Both degrees put you at the center of your college experience.
