Opportunities

There are multiple ways to get involved with the lab. Current opportunities include:

Undergraduate/Masters Level Research Assistant 

• These individuals should be undergraduate or Masters level students at the University of Cincinnati interested in expanding their knowledge in the field of Human Resources or developing their understanding of OB research.
• As part of the lab, one must be able to commit for at least one year at an average rate of 6 - 10 hours per week. Hours vary depending on how many projects the lab is currently working on. 
• The lab has weekly meetings where current projects are planned, research papers are discussed, and occasional guest speakers present.

Currently, the lab is not accepting new undergraduate/masters level research assistants. However, you may apply to be considered for future semesters.
