Undergraduate Programs

Our undergraduate majors of Communication, the Digital Media Collaborative, Film and Media Studies, and Public Relations provide opportunities for students to experience a wide variety of courses and skills as well as a researched-based learning environment. Our students get an array of opportunities to both discover and explore their passions while working toward their future careers and/or graduate education.

Whether it is consulting with a company in a service learning course, interning, working on a research project with faculty, using state-of-the art equipment, studying abroad or becoming a part of one of our student groups, students will find their experience in the SCFMS to be informative, engaging, and invaluable on the path toward success.

Our award-winning faculty believe in excellence and want our students to succeed in the classroom and beyond. 

Undergraduates have the option to pursue four different majors within the SCFMS: Communication, the Digital Media Collaborative, Film and Media Studies, and Public Relations

We also offer several minors and certificates to pursue while earning a degree.
