CommuniCATS

CommuniCATS is a student organization for communication majors and minors. The organization exist to provide social and professional networking opportunities, engage in meaningful community service activities and activities that assist in the transition from student to alumnus, and to promote the identity and value of the Communication major and degree on campus and beyond.

CommuniCATS collaborates with UC Friends of Communication alumni group to provide communication students an annual mentorship opportunity. The mentorship program allows for communication undergraduates to interact one-on-one with UC communication alumni for an ongoing mentor/mentee relationship. Through this program, students can gain a perspective on their career path and future goals as well as the opportunity for networking experiences. Students apply at the beginning of fall and spring semester.
