About the 2020 Scholarship Recognition Ceremony

At the University of Cincinnati, Bearcats always rise to a challenge, and 2020 has given us the opportunity to show our Black and Red pride in an all-new way!

Due to the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, our annual in-person A&S scholarship reception takes the form of a virtual experience to ensure the health and safety of all our constituents.

Here we highlight our amazing scholarship donors and recipients for the 2020-2021 academic year. To celebrate the contributions and successes of these individuals, we've asked a select few to share their stories with the greater UC and A&S communities throughout the academic year.

The College of Arts and Sciences is the University of Cincinnati’s largest and most diverse college, providing a liberal arts education to more than 7,500 undergraduate and 1,000 graduate students. Since its beginnings in 1819, the College of Arts and Sciences has grown to become the mainstay of an urban, thriving Research 1 university with more than 400 faculty, offering 70+ degree programs in natural sciences, social sciences and the humanities.
